Can you combine Dymista with ashwagandha?

Hello, I have been prescribed a spray drug "Dymista" which is a corticosteroid. Currently, I also use Ashwagandha tablets, I wanted to ask, because I read somewhere that it should not be combined with corticosteroids (I don't know if it was oral or aerosol) can I continue using ashwagandha without any problems while using Dymista?
Best regards

The ingredients in Dymista are primarily topical. There is no risk of this drug interacting with an ashwagandha supplement.

According to the manufacturer of Dymista:

"Under normal conditions, plasma concentrations of fluticasone propionate are low following intranasal administration due to a high rate of first-pass metabolism and a high rate of systemic clearance mediated by cytochrome P450 3A4 present in the gut and liver. Therefore, clinically meaningful interactions of fluticasone propionate with other medicinal products are unlikely."
