How to combine Fromilid Uno and Amotaks?

What should be the distance between Fromilid una (1 x dz) and Amotaks (2xdz)? I took Fromilid at 7 am. Treatment of helicobacter. Emanera and ulcamed half an hour before meals.

Fromilid Uno can be used at breakfast and Amotaks after breakfast and dinner (with an interval of approximately 12 hours between doses of Amotax).
