Tetracyclines, such as doxycyclinum, are antibiotics that can form chelated complexes with certain minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, and aluminum. This chelation may affect the absorption of doxycyclinum from the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid consuming tetracyclines at the same time with products that contain calcium, magnesium, iron or aluminum, such as milk, yogurt, antacids containing calcium or iron, dietary supplements, etc. For the duration of the treatment, I would recommend refraining from supplementing with protein and creatine.
