Can I replace Livial with Duo-Fem?

Hello.Three months ago I had my uterus removed. The ovaries remained. The doctor prescribed me Livial but after reading the side effects I don't want to take it. I have night sweats and trouble sleeping. I bought Duo-Fem, can I use it as a substitute for hormonal treatment? I am 53 years old. Before the surgery, I had menstrual periods, but very heavy and endometrial hyperplasia. I was cleaned three times, but it kept coming back, so the gynecologist said to remove the uterus. Unfortunately, you should not make such a change without consulting your doctor. Livial has a different effect than the Duo-Fem supplement, so it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
