Why can't I get a discount on Jardiance?
Good morning, I suffer from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dyslipidemia, obesity BMI 35, I am 50 years old. However, I can't get a refund for this drug, what could be the reason? Not enough required medical conditions?

The indications for reimbursement of the drug are very strictly defined. It all depends on what medications you have taken before.
The drug can be reimbursed for people with diabetes who have been treated with at least two oral hypoglycaemic drugs for at least 6 months, with an HbA1c ≥ 8% and a very high cardiovascular risk.

with chronic heart failure and persistent symptoms of NYHA class II-IV disease despite the use of ACEi-based therapy (or ARB/ARNi) and beta-blockers, and mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists if indicated.
