Can I take sinus Ibuprom while breastfeeding or some other sinus pain reliever please give me a quick answer, am I breastfeeding a 4 month old baby or Acatar sinusitis??

Do not use the following medicines while breastfeeding:
"Do not take large ingredients that contain other active substances in addition to paracetamol or ibuprofen. The presence of additional compounds, such as pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine, may contribute to a reduction in the amount of milk produced."

You can use regular Ibuprom, which has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, breastfeeding women can use inhalation (steam with eucalyptus oil or using an inhaler and concentrated saline solutions). Sinus rinsing also works well.
