Can I experience diarrhoea and vomiting after a week of using Propranolol?

Hello
I have been taking 10mg of PROPRANOLOL for 1 week. Today, vomiting and diarrhea but I don't know if it's food poisoning or gastro. What should I do? Thank you

Among the side effects reported by patients taking Propranolol are gastrointestinal disorders – nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

If these symptoms do not disappear after a few days, it is highly likely that this is due to the drug.

I would advise you to contact your doctor. Tell him about the symptoms. Your doctor will then be able to decide whether to change your dosage or switch to a different medication.
