The doctor recommended taking clostilbegyt from the 3rd day of the cycle for 5 days and doing an ovulation test from the 12th day, but from what I've read, if you take it from the 5th day, ovulation should occur between the 11th and 15th day. So if I have to start sooner, won't ovulation occur sooner?

Please follow your doctor's instructions. Most likely, the specialist calculated your ovulation date based on the result of the ultrasound examination or previous cycles.
