Good morning, I have been using contraception for 10 years orlifique. I forgot to take the pill on day 4 (Friday) I usually take it between 20:00 and 00:00, I remembered about it on Saturday at 12:30 and took it if there could have been a weakening of the contraception. I would like to mention that on Saturday morning I had intercourse.

If the delay in taking the tablet does not exceed 12 hours, the degree of protection against pregnancy will remain unchanged. You should then take your tablet as soon as possible and the next doses at the usual time.
In your case, the 12-hour period was exceeded, not much, but still.
If you delay taking the tablet for more than 12 hours, your level of protection against pregnancy may be reduced.
You should take the last missed tablet as soon as you remember – which you did, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. Then continue taking the next tablets at the usual time. In addition, you should use an additional barrier method of contraception, such as a condom, for the next 7 days.
The manufacturer of the drug informs that if you have had intercourse within the previous 7 days, you should consider the possibility of pregnancy.
In your case, the 12-hour period was exceeded by only 30 minutes (if we assume that you take the pill at midnight). The intercourse took place on Saturday morning, so there is little chance of pregnancy.
To give you peace of mind, take a pregnancy test anyway.
You can take a reliable blood pregnancy test earlier than a pharmacy test, around 8-10 days after conception.
Beta-hCG appears later in the urine than in the woman's blood, which is why it is considered best to perform a pharmacy pregnancy test on the day of the expected menstrual period, i.e. about 14 days after ovulation.
Here you will find an overview of pharmacy pregnancy tests with the possibility of comparing them and ordering them at home or with pick-up at the pharmacy:
