Hello. Is it possible to combine the drugs prigola,baclofen ,biofenac and Doreta together for very acute inflammation in sciatica . Thank you for your replies.

This is not advisable.
Important interactions occur between Doreta-Pragiola and Doreta-Baclofen:
When you use these medicines at the same time, you may experience excessive sleepiness, dizziness, difficulty concentrating and judging the situation properly, as well as making the intended movements. Constipation may also worsen. There is a risk of respiratory distress.
If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, it is advisable to consult the attending physician. Mention all the medicines you are taking so that your doctor can decide whether to switch to a different medicine or change your dosage.
