Good evening. My son is 5 years old and suffers from asthma and atopic dermatitis. I take Zyrtec 10 drops of flixotide 125 by tube in the morning and in the evening. Unfortunately he coughs constantly, the doctor changed his flixotide to seretide, unfortunately I can't get it at the pharmacy. She also prescribed montelukast 4 mg chewable tablets, but did not say what the minimum interval between the administration of the drugs should be. If I give Zyrtec at 6 p.m. and flixotide at 8 p.m., what time can I give montelukast?

As far as dosage is concerned, please follow the information given to you by your doctor. If, for some reason, you do not have a schedule, it is worth contacting the pharmacy where the prescription was filled. Your pharmacist will give you the information on your prescription. Montelukast: Chewable tablets should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating. A distance of 4 hours should be maintained. from the consumption of orange or apple juices.
