From your description, it appears that the prepared solution has a lower concentration than recommended. However, since we are not able to say how much water you actually poured into the bottle, it would be best to consult a paediatrician, present the situation, ask for a new prescription for an antibiotic and prepare the preparation from the new packaging correctly.
