Hello. She uses evra patches, the day of changing the patch has always been a Thursday.
On Wednesday I went to bed after 10 p.m. and at 1 a.m. I saw that the patch had come off, so I put a new one in another place. How should I proceed now? Did this four-hour break affect performance? And despite the fact that I put a new one on Thursday at 1 am, should I replace it again on Thursday with another one?

Since the interval was less than 24 hours, the protection is maintained and there is no need for additional contraception in the form of a condom.
The new patch was applied on Thursday, i.e. on the "Day of changing the patch", the next one should be applied as usual - on Thursday and protection will be provided (the next patch can be changed on Thursday during the day, you do not have to do it at 1 am).
