Can I take Zinnat after using levofloxacin?

Is it possible to switch to 500mg twice a day after 5 days of taking levofloxacin 500mg 1 time a day? I had Levoxacyne for 5 days but I don't see much improvement, I'm still coughing up.

Levofloxacin and Zinnat are prescription medications, you can switch from one antibiotic to another if your doctor tells you to.
Elimination of levofloxacin from the body takes about 40 hours. According to the currently available knowledge, there are no significant interactions between the preparations.
