What is the difference between Humira 40mg/0.8ml and Humira 40mg/0.4ml?

Hello, what is the difference between HUMIRA 40mg/0.8ml and HUMIRA 40mg/0.4ml? Does this mean that in 0.4 ml there is a higher concentration of the active ingredient, the drug is more potent, and in 0.8 ml the active ingredient is more diluted?
