Can I take Hydroxyzynum at an interval of e.g. three hours from Plaquenil?

I would like to ask regarding my last question, whether I can take hydroxisinum at an interval of e.g. three hours from plaquenil, or whether these two drugs are a complete contraindication to each other. Thank you

Using Plaquenil together with Hydroxyzine may increase the risk of irregular heart rhythms, which can be serious and potentially life-threatening, although this is a rare side effect.

In this situation, a time interval will not be a good option, because the excretion of Plaquenil is slow and the elimination half-life is about 50 days.

If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is indicated to determine whether these medications can be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change the dosage. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

Talk to your doctor immediately if you experience sudden dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath or palpitations during treatment with these medicines. Do not stop taking any medication without first consulting your doctor.

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book the medicine at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it after presenting a prescription:
