Hello, I have been taking pregabalin at a dose of 150 mg, I have consumed alcohol, my face has swollen terribly, is this the result of the combination of these two substances?

One of the side effects that can occur when using pregabalin is swelling. This is a side effect that has been reported frequently (may affect up to 1 in 10 people, but may affect more than 1 in 100) while taking this medicine. Alcohol consumption can also cause swelling. It is possible that the side effects of the two substances overlapped.
Alcohol consumption is not recommended when using pregabalin due to the possibility of increased side effects m.in such as dizziness, drowsiness and decreased concentration.
