Ibuprofen in combination with Seronil may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Although the risk of interaction is low in patients without a known peptic ulcer disease and in the case of occasional use of ibuprofen (ibuprom), it may be preferable to replace ibuprofen with paracetamol, e.g.:
