Good morning.. I have been applying Macmiror complex 500 vaginally for 6 days and there is no improvement. Huge holidays, reaching all the way to the buttocks. Redness of intimate zones enormous.. During the day it is still possible, but the nights are still sleepless. I will also add I have Triderm ointment to lubricate 2 times a day.
