Triplixam is a medicine that contains the 3 active substances perindopril, indapamide and amlodipine. Both hypokalaemia, i.e. low potassium levels, due to the presence of indapamide, and hyperkalaemia, due to the presence of perindopril, may occur during the use of this medicine. Potassium levels should be monitored regularly during use.
