To @danilo:
Perhaps the drug is not the cause. Unfortunately, determining the cause requires a detailed medical history, knowledge of the treatment history and the disease, and possibly additional tests.
On the contrary, the information provided in the summary of drug characteristics indicates that the use of Thiogamma may increase the blood sugar-lowering effect of insulin and that the dose of insulin may need to be reduced in individual cases.
But sugars rise throughout the day not only in the morning after taking a pill and this has been the case since the beginning of taking these pills, I cannot regulate sugars, even after insulin administration and to ask the doctor you have to pay for a visit 300 PLN because there are no places on the National Health Fund and I will not wait a year for a doctor.

To @danilo:
One Thiogamma tablet contains less than 0.0041 carbohydrate exchanger (carbohydrate). WW is a unit for 10 grams of digestible carbohydrates. This means that a tablet can contain up to 41 mg of carbohydrates.
Can thiogamma 600mg increase sugars? Because from taking the drug, the sugars keep going up even when I don't eat a meal.

To @danilo:
After a few 3-4 days from the end of treatment and the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease.
Alcohol should not be consumed during thioctinic acid therapy as it increases the risk and severity of neuropathic symptoms and may interfere with the effectiveness of treatment.
Therefore, stopping the treatment for a few days and drinking alcohol can exacerbate the symptoms of the disease and pose a health risk.
So, when can you drink alcohol after stopping the drug?

When using thioctinic acid, it is absolutely necessary to avoid consuming
Alcohol. This also applies to the periods between treatments.
Do not consume alcohol during therapy or stop taking the drug for 1-2 days to consume alcohol.
