Can I take Nifuroxazide for nausea and vomiting if I take Sumamed?

I'm taking the antibiotic Sumamed, can I also take Nifuroxazide for nausea and vomiting? Can these drugs be combined?

Nifuroxazide is used to treat acute diarrhoea of bacterial origin. Nausea and vomiting can be a side effect of an antibiotic or a symptom of a viral infection. I don't see any reason to use Nifuroxazid. It is worth taking probiotics and electrolytes (hydration is very important in case of vomiting), e.g.:
