How to combine Mesopral, Debretin, Prokit and Amitriptylinum?

Can I take mesopral and debretin together? According to the doctor's schedule, I should use Mesopral once a day on an empty stomach, debretin 3 times 20 minutes before meals. In addition to this, prokit 3 times half a tablet 15 minutes before meals and one at night. And amitriptylinum 1 tablet at night. I'm supposed to eat 5 meals. How to spread the intake of these medications so that they work?

You can apply Mesopral and Debretin or Mesopral 30 minutes before breakfast and Debretin 20 minutes before breakfast. Prokit can be taken immediately before eating or as prescribed by your doctor - 15 minutes before.

Mesopral and Debretin together, half an hour before breakfast; Prokit just before breakfast. Debretin 30 minutes before lunch, Prokit just before lunch and this dosage also before dinner.

Amitriptyline at night, regardless of meal.
