Can I experience facial swelling and a burning sensation after a Diprophos injection?

I got an injection of Diprohos 2 days ago in the shoulder joint CMC 1 and since yesterday I have a swollen face and I feel a burning sensation , is it normal what to do about it

Diprophos may cause the side effect of angioedema. It is a type of allergic reaction that involves the appearance of swelling (swelling) of the skin and the tissues underneath. It is often accompanied by a burning and itching sensation of the skin. Swelling is most often located on the face.

It usually lasts for 8–72 hours (sometimes longer) and goes away on its own.

If you have such a reaction to the medicine, it is recommended to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and keep them up to date, which can help other patients in the future.
