Good morning
Yesterday I was taking a bath and my roommate's razor fell off, which wiped me off and gently bled. My roommate is afraid that she may have hiv, although after 2 weeks of intercourse he did a test and came out negative. What should I do in such a situation, is there a chance of infection?

It is difficult to assess the possibility of infection. Was there blood on the razor? If so, there is a risk of infection.
Screening tests make it possible to detect infection at an early stage (as early as 15 days after infection), but complete certainty about the obtained "negative" result (no infection) can only be obtained if the test is performed after the so-called "serological window", i.e. after 12 weeks for a rapid test (III gen.) and 6 weeks for a laboratory test (IV gen./combo) from the risky situation.
So your roommate still has to wait and repeat the tests.
It should be remembered that any risky situation (sexual contact, contact with the blood of an infected person) can lead to infection. For this reason, HIV testing should be performed every time this occurs.
HIV tests for self-testing can be purchased at the pharmacy, e.g. HIV test for self-test Insti home, HIV test for self-test Simplitude ByMe home.
