Hello. I made sumamed syrup with tap water, it was poured into the kettle but my mother-in-law didn't heat it. Will something happen to my daughter when she drank it?

If there is drinking water in the tap, there is no reason to worry.
The suspension is obtained when water is added. Be sure to shake the suspension before each use.
