Pernazinum can be used in combination with Pramolan if prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional medical conditions you have.

The use of perazine concomitantly with tricyclic antidepressants (Pramolan) increases their toxicity. Additionally, Pernazinum may exacerbate symptoms of depression. Therefore, if the combination of these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage schedule agreed with your doctor.
