It takes at least 2 weeks for Escipram to start working, and in some cases even later. Some symptoms may worsen at the beginning of therapy.
In particular, it concerns symptoms such as anxiety, sleep disorders, nervousness, confusion, panic attacks, depersonalization, etc.
Unpleasant side effects in the first days of treatment are relatively common, but usually gradually decrease as the body adjusts to the drug. Nevertheless, it is always important for your doctor to keep track of your body's response and make appropriate treatment decisions.
