How to properly apply ointments every 12 hours?
I'm supposed to give my eyes two different ointments every 12 hours.
What time interval should be kept between them.

As I understand it, you have to use each of the ointments every 12 hours, right? So one 2x a day and the other? If so, it will be most reasonable to keep an interval of about 6 hours between individual applications of both ointments.
