Can Lamotrix, Briviact and Emanere be combined?

To treat epilepsy, I take lamotrix and briviact, and my gastroenterologist recommended a GERD medication that I should use, which is Emanera. Can I use these medications at the same time. My question is because in the leaflet of the drug Emanera, there is information about drugs for epilepsy.

To the best of our knowledge, there is no significant interaction between Lamotrix and Briviact and Emanera. Esomeprazole (Emanera) inhibits the CYP2C19 isoenzyme by which brivaracetam (Briviact) is metabolized, but the risk of a clinically relevant interaction is considered low.
Lamotrix, Briviact and Emanera are available on prescription and can be used together if doctors have been informed of all the products you are taking.
