Good morning. I'm taking TAMIVIL 75mg tabl. 2 daily x 1 tabl + Nalgesin Forte 550 mg tabl. 2 per day x 1 tabl. Can I also take Flucontrol Hot i.e. paracetamol 1000 mg? Isn't that too much paracetamol?

It is not advisable to take paracetamol and Nalgesin at the same time, as the substance it contains called naproxen interacts with paracetamol.
Concomitant use of both medicines may increase the risk of kidney problems.
If there is a need to use additional analgesic and antipyretic drugs, Pyralgina is a safe solution. The metamizole it contains does not interact with the medications you are taking.
The combination of Paracetamol and Flucontrol max is not recommended due to the risk of taking too much paracetamol. That is why I strongly advise you not to make such a combination.
