Can Izotek cause skin deterioration?

I'm in the middle of 3 months of acne treatment with Izotek. I have an irresistible impression that I have even more and worse pimples on my face. Is this normal when using this medication. When will the improvement of the skin start?

Izotek may cause deterioration of the skin condition in the first stage of treatment. These symptoms usually improve after 2-3 months.

If the deterioration of the skin condition intensifies, I recommend consulting a doctor who will decide whether it will be necessary to modify the treatment.
