Skin lesions during treatment with Amoksiklav - what should I do?

Hello, I've been giving my seven-year-old daughter Amoksiklav for two days. Today, bright red smooth spots have appeared on her body, which she claims do not itch. I don't know if I should stop taking the antibiotic or continue?

The skin lesions visible in the attached photo may be related to the use of an antibiotic. In the event that the changes are not accompanied by other worrying symptoms, observation seems to be a sufficient safety measure at this stage. If the changes worsen or you notice any other symptoms in your child, you should seek advice from your paediatrician immediately.
