You can use Seronil at the same time as Efectin ER if your doctor has told you to. Concomitant use of these medications may increase the risk of serotonergic syndrome, so caution should be exercised and follow your doctor's instructions. If you experience side effects such as hyperarousal, confusion, seizures or dry mouth, m.in, you should seek medical attention.
