Why does Cetaphil roll on my face when applied to Izotziaja?

I applied Izotziaja gel on dry skin after washing my face in the evening, I waited a while for it to absorb and then I wanted to apply cetafil cream but it started to "ball" and delaminate strangely. What's going on? Is it a matter of using any cream for this gel or just cetafil?

Most likely, a longer interval should be maintained between the application of these drugs. It is worth waiting for the Izotziaja to be absorbed or use Izotziaja at night and Cetaphil in the morning.
