Amlodipin Dexcel is not registered in the UK. This medicine contains amlodipine, which has an antihypertensive effect by having a direct antispasmodic effect on vascular smooth muscle. Indications for its use include arterial hypertension, chronic stable angina pectoris and vasospastic angina pectoris (Prinzmetal type).
