If I use Ketrel for sleep, will it interfere with my progress in sports?

I am prescribed Ketrel for use on an ad hoc basis and for sleep. If I take a small dose of the drug at night, can I later in the day without any worries in the thought that this drug will not interfere with my progress in sports?

The drug may cause, m.in, weakness, dizziness or weight gain. However, these symptoms do not occur in every patient.
