Which is better for liver pain - Proursan or Heparegen?

Good morning, I have an enlarged liver and terrible pains, for a few days I have Proursan and Heparegen tablets from the doctor, which are better for tractrovert pains

The two drugs have different mechanisms of action and should not be compared.
The best results can be achieved by using both at the same time.

Proursan - "enables the proper functioning of liver cells" - protects liver cells and improves their function. Heparegen - "cleanses the liver" - protects the liver parenchyma from damaging bacterial, viral and industrial toxins, drugs and alcohol. It also has a choleretic effect.
