You can start taking Onirex as told by your doctor.
Please note that there is a risk of becoming dependent on Onirex. During the therapy, regular visits to a specialist are necessary.

According to the manufacturer:

"Benzodiazepines and benzodiazepines-like drugs should be used with extreme caution in patients with a history of alcohol or drug dependence. Such patients should be carefully monitored when administering zolpidem, as there is a risk of habituation and psychological dependence."
