Can You Use Sinus Metafen with Glimbax?

Good evening, I suffer from chronic sinusitis and take metmin every day. Due to a throat infection, I started taking orofar max and glimbax alternately every few hours, can I also take sinus metafen (I suffer from sinus pain and headache). I know that in glimbax and metaphenia the ingredients are NSAIDs, but will anything happen when the break in taking them is long? (about 10 hours between one drug and another)
