As a standard, it is recommended to wait at least until your period is delayed before taking a pregnancy test, as then your hCG levels are usually high enough to give an accurate result. If the test was taken 19 days after intercourse, the result may be reliable, but there is never 100% certainty - I recommend consulting a doctor anyway.
