No. Tramadol is not an anti-inflammatory drug. Anti-inflammatory drugs, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen or naproxen, work mainly by inhibiting enzymes responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins, chemicals involved in inflammatory processes and pain.

Although tramadol is not an anti-inflammatory drug, it can be used to treat pain associated with a variety of conditions, including post-traumatic pain, post-traumatic pain, and post-traumatic pain resulting from chronic diseases.
