Fluticomb and Symbicort are two different medicines used to treat respiratory conditions, especially asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Both medicines contain corticosteroids (fluticasone for Fluticomb and budesonide for Symbicort) and a bronchodilator (formoterol for Fluticomb and formoterol plus budenosid for Symbicort).
It is not recommended to use two inhalers at the same time without consulting your doctor, as there may be interactions between the ingredients of the medicines. Medicines can lower the level of potassium in the body and increase the level of glucose in the blood.
The decision as to which medicine is more suitable for you and whether they can be combined should be made by your doctor based on a thorough assessment of your health.
