I'm taking isotek and I know you have to take it with fats, but I don't know exactly how much fat you need. I'm concerned that I often don't have enough fat in my meal and the drug isn't absorbed enough. For example, is a tablespoon of rapeseed oil about 6g or a teaspoon of peanut butter with 6g of fat enough?

Examples of fatty meals can include foods made with vegetable oils (such as olive oil or canola oil), nuts, seeds, avocados, fatty fish (such as salmon, mackerel, or tuna), as well as higher-fat dairy products such as full-fat milk or cheese. The fats you suggested that you take before taking Izotek are also fine, there is no reason to worry.
