Can Pueria Uno be used while breastfeeding?
I am a mother breastfeeding a 19-month-old baby and trying to have another baby. Can I take Pueria Uno, which is for mothers up to 12 weeks of pregnancy, instead of Pueria Duo, which is for breastfeeding mothers? My main concern is whether a higher dose of folic acid, which is present in Pueria Uno, and a dose of vitamins B6 and B12, which are no longer present in Pueria Duo, will not harm the nursing baby.

This will not harm the baby being fed. You can use Pueria Uno, but I suggest you talk to your gynaecologist beforehand. Before planning a pregnancy, it is necessary to undergo appropriate tests to assess our health.
