Yes, you can use ashwagandha, but with caution. For m.in, frequent monitoring of blood pressure is advisable, as studies suggest that ashwagandha may have an additive effect with hypertension drugs (Lorista, Isoptin) and thus cause excessive blood pressure lowering and associated side effects.
