What should I do if I feel dizzy, tingling in my legs and drowsy with Co-Prenessa?

Good morning
Since yesterday I have been using CA-PRENESA 4mg Today, after taking it, I felt dizzy a few times I felt a tingling sensation in my legs and I felt hot doing so I'm sleepy Please advise

In such a situation, a good solution would be to measure blood pressure.
The optimal blood pressure values for a person taking antihypertensive drugs are up to 135/85 mm Hg and a heart rate between 60-90 beats/minute. If the heart rate values drop below 60 beats per minute - it is worth consulting a doctor. You may need to change your dosage.
