Can I take furagin while breastfeeding and have a local anesthetic before a breast biopsy?

Is it possible to use furagin for cystitis when going for a breast biopsy with local anaesthesia, while breastfeeding a one-year-old child? Will there be no interaction with anesthesia? And will it be safe for my child?

Furagin is excreted in breast milk and should not be used by lactating women.

As for local anesthesia - here you should consult the doctor who will perform the biopsy. Usually, you should wait from a few to several hours, especially if strong painkillers will also be administered in addition to anesthesia.
