As Aclexa 200 mg is a prescription drug, it should not be used at all without consulting a doctor.

Aclexa is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis in adults.

For the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, the usual recommended dose is 200 mg per day in one or two divided doses. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, if no improvement is achieved after two weeks, other treatments should be considered.
