The combination of Ivohart and Escitalopram is not recommended as it increases the risk of dangerous heart rhythm disorders. If you experience pain in the area of the heart, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath or fainting, you should urgently consult a doctor, and it may be necessary to change the dosage of medications.
